  1. Proof of Delivery
    • Customers must present the original bill or challan copy at the time of delivery of processed articles.
    • If the original bill or challan is lost, delivery will only be made after verifying the owner’s credentials.
  2. Express Service
    • Express/Urgent delivery of articles will be charged at 50% extra over the regular tariff.
  3. Inspection at Delivery
    • Customers are requested to examine their articles at the time of delivery. Care4Wear will not be responsible for any damages reported after delivery.
  4. Service Quality Concerns
    • If not satisfied with the quality of service, customers must contact the store or the company within 24 hours for resolution.
  5. Fabric & Garment Limitations
    • Manju Cleaners is not responsible for:
      • Colour fastness, colour bleeding or running, and shrinkage.
      • Damages to embellishments, embroidery, or delicate work during processing.
      • Articles that cannot withstand normal cleaning or dry-cleaning processes.
      • Damages arising from defective manufacturing, ageing, adulteration, wear & tear, or exposure to the environment.
  6. Stain Removal
    • While we make our best efforts to remove stains and marks, 100% removal cannot be guaranteed. No claims or charge deductions will be entertained for residual stains.
  7. No Claim Policy
    • All articles are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Care4Wear shall not be held liable for any damage arising from inherent weaknesses or defects in garments.
  8. Ornaments & Accessories
    • Manju Cleaners is not responsible for any damage to jewellery fittings, beads, sequins, buttons, or similar accessories on garments.
  9. Force Majeure & Timelines
    • While we aim for timely pick-up and delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no compensation, refund, or reduction of charges will apply.
  10. Uncollected Garments
    • Manju Cleaners will not be responsible for garments left beyond three (3) weeks from the scheduled delivery date.
  11. Loss or Damage Beyond Control
    • We accept no liability for loss or damage due to fire, burglary, or other incidents beyond our control.
  12. Valuables
    • We are not responsible for valuables, cash, or items left in pockets or garments that are lost, damaged, or mutilated during processing.
  13. Special & Designer Wear
    • Tariff for designer wear, high-end fabrics, or complex garments will be decided case by case after expert examination. Pricing will be communicated directly at the store.
  14. Compensation Policy
    • In the rare event of damage not covered under the above clauses, compensation will be limited to five times the processing charges of the article or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.
  15. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
    • All disputes shall first be referred to arbitration by the Drycleaners & Launderers Association of India (DLAI), and their decision shall be binding on both parties.
    • Subject to arbitration, all disputes are under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
  16. Policy Updates
    • Manju Cleaners reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
